Seoul City Hotel

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had a unique feature - heated floors! The location was convenient, just a short walk from Hoehyeon station. The staff were friendly and treated us well.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

I recently stayed at Seoul City Hotel for a week while traveling solo. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to the subway and nearby attractions like Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt safe both in the hotel and the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently, making communication a breeze. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of options like instant ramen, bread, and coffee. I also appreciated the amenities like the water dispenser, microwave oven, and iron available for guest use. it felt just like home!

I'm a light sleeper, and I loved how quiet the hotel was at night. No disturbances at all!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in before the usual time. the availability of a lift made it hassle-free to transport our luggage to and from our room.

While the hotel had its positive aspects, there were a few areas that could be improved. the breakfast offered was quite basic, consisting mainly of toast, butter, jam, cereal.

Best aspects of my xmas stay: I absolutely loved the convenience of the location! It was just a short walk from the subway station and within walking distance of popular attractions like N Seoul Tower, Namdaemun, and Myeongdong. The staff at the hotel were also incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and make my stay comfortable. They even took care of the internet connection in my room immediately when I mentioned it.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay: One drawback was that the room was a bit run-down and could have been cleaner.

Convenient location near subway and bus transports. Self-service breakfast reminiscent of college days. Friendly and English-speaking staff. Cheap, clean, and elevator available. Safe and quiet province-like ambiance, with easy access to Myeongdong shopping area. Close to convenience stores and restaurants.
